Service Description

- Cleansing of Najis Mughallazah for your newly purchased home (where the previous owner was a non-Muslim). - Recommended to be carried out before renovation works commence. - Please ensure that both electricity and water supplies are activated prior to your appointment. - Adhan will be performed as part of the service. - The listed service fee does not include the cleansing of kitchen appliances and furniture. - Kindly ensure that all movable furniture and personal belongings are removed before the appointment. - The session will take approximately 1.5 hours. - 1-room: $160 - Studio / 2-room: $310 - 3-room: $360 - 4-room / Condo 2 bedroom: $410 - 5-room & Executive / Condo 3 bedroom: $510 - Mansionette / Penthouse / Jumbo / Condo 4 bedroom: $610 Optional Add-on: - Furniture & Appliance Cleansing: Additional $100 per item. The final number of items and total fee will be assessed upon reviewing your request, and the final amount payable will be advised accordingly. Kindly send us a video of the item(s) to be cleansed for assessment. - Ruqyah for Home (Recitation of Ruqyah Verses): Additional $150 Sertu Cleansing Disclaimer: Our Sertu Cleansing service is performed solely to fulfil the Islamic requirements of sertu (ritual purification) in accordance with Syariah guidelines. It is not intended to replace or serve as a general, deep, or professional cleaning service. Clients are advised to ensure that the premises are cleaned to their desired hygiene standard before or after the Sertu Cleansing, if required.
