- Cleansing Najis Mughallazah for your newly purchased home (previous owner - non Muslim) - Advisable to do BEFORE renovation - Ensure electric and water supplies are activated prior to your appointment - Adhan is included - Cleansing fees below are not inclusive of KITCHEN APPLIANCES / FURNITURE - Make sure all movable furniture and items are removed from the house - Session will be approximately around 1.5 hours - 1-room: $150 - Studio / 2-room: $300 - 3-room: $350 - 4-room / Condo 2 bedroom: $400 - 5-room & Executive / Condo 3 bedroom: $500 - Mansionette / Penthouse / Jumbo / Condo 4 bedroom: $600 - An additional of $100 if you wish to opt for kitchen appliances / furniture cleansing - An additional of $150 if you wish to opt for Blessings of Home with recitations of Ruqyah verses
